Rhoi adborth

Mwy am y pwnc hwn

Mae adborth yn rhan bwysig o’r berthynas dysgu ac addysgu rhwng staff academaidd a myfyrwyr. Mae’r ffordd y mae staff yn cynnig adborth yn helpu i hyrwyddo dysgu myfyrwyr ac yn eu hannog i berfformio hyd eithaf eu gallu yn eu hastudiaethau. Gall gwella’r adborth a roddir i fyfyrwyr felly fod yn ffocws cadarnhaol ar gyfer gwella perfformiad academaidd yn ogystal â gwella profiad cyffredinol myfyrwyr o’r brifysgol.

Mae’r pwnc hwn yn rhoi gwybodaeth am dri maes allweddol o gynnig adborth:

  • Arferion adborth. Mae’r rhain yn amrywio yn ôl disgyblaeth ac o fewn disgyblaethau, ond eto gellir defnyddio amrywiaeth eang o fformatau gwahanol a mathau gwahanol o adborth i roi adborth effeithiol i fyfyrwyr. Mae’r rhain yn cynnwys adborth ysgrifenedig, sain neu fideo, adborth mewn darlithoedd, seminarau a thiwtorialau, gan gynnwys adborth a roddir dan arweiniad gan fyfyrwyr eraill, ac adborth ar asesiadau ffurfiannol a chrynodol.
  • Llythrennedd asesiad. Mae hyn yn cyfeirio at allu myfyrwyr i ddehongli meini prawf aseiniadau ac asesiadau’n briodol, gan wneud defnydd llawn o’r adborth a roddir ar eu gwaith. Mae’r cysyniad o lythrennedd yn annog ffocws ar yr hyn sy’n gwneud asesu ac adborth yn ystyrlon. Mae hyn fel arfer yn ymwneud â datblygu cyd-ddealltwriaeth rhwng staff a myfyrwyr o arferion asesu ac adborth.
  • Arfer adborth da.  Mae hyn yn helpu myfyrwyr i wella eu dysgu a’u dealltwriaeth. Mae’n rhoi ffocws i ymdrechion drwy nodi diffygion a rhoi cyngor ar ffyrdd o fynd i’r afael â nhw. Dylai hefyd geisio nodi cryfderau. Mae adborth da yn amserol, yn cael ei roi mewn modd adeiladol, ac fel arfer yn cael ei ategu gan gyfleoedd i gynnig esboniad
