Dylunio asesu

About this topic

Mae asesu’n elfen bwysig o broses dysgu myfyrwyr. Mae felly'n bwysig cynllunio asesiadau mewn ffordd sy'n hybu dysgu myfyrwyr yn ogystal â mesur i ba raddau y mae deilliannau dysgu wedi eu cyflawni. Mae'r pwnc hwn yn canolbwyntio yn sut y gall academyddion bennu asesiadau sydd wedi'u dylunio'n dda fel rhan o raglenni a modiwlau newydd neu bresennol.

Elfen hollbwysig o ddylunio asesu effeithiol yw sicrhau bod deilliannau dysgu, gweithgareddau dysgu ac addysgu, ac asesu yn cyd-fynd â'i gilydd. Mae hyn fel arfer yn golygu bod angen cynllunio a dylunio modiwlau'n ofalus, ac ystyried sut y caiff modiwlau eu hasesu, o ran asesu ffurfiannol a chrynodol. Bydd cael yr hanfodion dylunio modiwl hyn yn iawn yn helpu myfyrwyr i ddeall pa mor berthnasol yw eu hasesiadau. Bydd hefyd yn hybu asesiad dilys o wybodaeth a sgiliau myfyrwyr.

Mae meini prawf asesu yn rhan sylfaenol o sicrhau bod aelodau staff a myfyrwyr yn gallu rhannu dealltwriaeth gyffredin o’r hyn sy’n cael ei asesu a sut y bydd gwaith myfyrwyr yn cael ei ddyfarnu’n academaidd. Gall meini prawf asesu helpu myfyrwyr gyda'u dysgu, a’u helpu i adnabod a dysgu'r hyn a ddisgwylir yn eu gwaith. Gall meini prawf asesu hefyd lywio'r broses o roi adborth ar waith myfyrwyr.

Gall defnyddio gwahanol ffurfiau o asesu ar draws rhaglen gefnogi datblygiad amrediad o wybodaeth, sgiliau a chymwyseddau y disgwylir gan fyfyriwr graddedig neu ôl-raddedig. Gall dylunio asesu felly hefyd helpu hyrwyddo cyflogadwyedd graddedigion. Bydd defnyddio amrywiaeth o ddulliau asesu hefyd yn galluogi amrywiaeth o fyfyrwyr i ddangos eu hamrywiaeth o alluoedd. Ceir amrywiaeth o ddulliau mwy sefydledig ac arloesol o asesu a gall yr adnoddau yn y testun hwn gefnogi staff i adnabod dulliau asesu priodol ac arloesol.

Mae'r adnoddau yn y testun hwn hefyd yn cynnig syniadau ar ffurfiau asesu sy'n ategu asesiad tiwtoriaid academaidd ar waith myfyrwyr unigol, gan gynnwys asesu cyfoedion ac asesu grŵp. Mae adnoddau hefyd wedi'u cynnwys yma ynglŷn â defnyddio technoleg i hyrwyddo asesu â thechnoleg, sy'n caniatáu ffurfiau newydd o asesu a ffyrdd newydd o feddwl am asesu traddodiadol.
