About this topic

Gall gweithgareddau gwaith grŵp sydd wedi’u dylunio’n dda gynnig profiadau dysgu cyfoethog sy’n gwella dealltwriaeth o bwnc penodol yn ogystal â datblygu amrywiaeth o sgiliau a nodweddion hanfodol. Mae gwaith grŵp hefyd yn ffordd o ymgysylltu’n effeithiol ac asesu nifer fawr o fyfyrwyr.

Mae’r canlynol ymysg yr ystyriaethau allweddol wrth ddatblygu gwaith grŵp:

  • A yw’n amlwg i bob parti pam fod gwaith grŵp yn ddull pwysig a phriodol?
  • A yw’r myfyrwyr yn gwybod beth yw gwaith tîm “da”? Os nad ydynt, sut byddwch yn rhoi gwybod i’r myfyrwyr?
  • A yw’r canlyniadau disgwyliedig yn rhesymol a chlir?
  • A ydych yn asesu cynnyrch neu broses y gwaith? At hynny, pa gydbwysedd sydd ei angen rhwng cydnabod cyfraniad unigolyn ac allbwn cyffredinol y grŵp?
  • Sut ydych chi’n monitro cynnydd grŵp ac yn rheoli gwrthdaro mewn grwpiau?

Mae’r pwnc hwn yn cynnig mynediad uniongyrchol i enghreifftiau o’r dulliau amrywiol sydd ar gael i greu gweithgareddau gwaith grŵp ymarferol ac effeithiol. Mae adnoddau a syniadau pellach i ategu gweithgareddau o’r fath hefyd wedi’u cynnwys.
