Cyflogadwyedd a Menter
Mwy am y pwnc hwn
Yn ogystal â datblygu ein myfyrwyr yn arbenigwyr yn eu meysydd astudio, mae’n hanfodol, mewn cyfnod o newid cyson, eu bod yn barod am y byd sydd o’u blaen.
Mae’r pwnc hwn yn canolbwyntio ar ddwy thema gysylltiedig:
- Cyflogadwyedd: creu unigolion â sgiliau gwaith y gellir eu trosglwyddo ar draws disgyblaethau.
- Menter: creu unigolion sy’n gallu dod o hyd i gyfleoedd a syniadau newydd.
Mae hyn yn cynnwys sicrhau bod gan fyfyrwyr sgiliau go iawn, fel y rhai sy’n gysylltiedig â chyfathrebu a pherthnasau rhyngbersonol, yn ogystal â sgiliau mwy amrywiol, fel sicrhau y gallant ddatblygu ymwybyddiaeth o gydnabod gwerth mewn syniadau.
Mae’r pwnc hwn yn cynnig enghreifftiau o arfer da o’r agwedd allweddol hon ar addysg uwch, a hynny o ran astudiaethau achos o arferion sefydledig yn ogystal â pholisi addysgol unigol. At hynny, disgwylir i’r pwnc hefyd ymwneud ag agweddau ar yr hyn y mae cyflogwyr posibl yn ei ddisgwyl o ran cyflogadwyedd a menter.
