Nicole Cooke, MBE
Nicole is a former professional road bicycle racer and Commonwealth, Olympic and Road World champion. She became the first cyclist to win the Road Race World Championship and Olympic gold medal in the same year.

He is the Wildlife Trusts Wales Ambassador, the Welsh Libraries Ambassador and Champion of reading and Skills Ambassador to ACT training alongside Jonathan Davies MBE.
Dr Jamie Roberts
Jamie graduated from Cardiff's School of Medicine in 2013. In the eight years before earning his degree, Jamie played rugby for the Cardiff Blues, as well as participated in Six Nations Championships, World Cups and international tours with both the Wales and British and Irish Lions teams.

Gwyn is a GP, as well as a television rugby analyst and former Wales international rugby union team captain.
In 2002, the Welsh Rugby Former International Players' Association and the Welsh Rugby Union honoured Jones with a Bravery Award.
