Hayley is an experienced Originator and Investment Manager.

With over three decades of experience in financial services, Hayley holds the role of Managing Director of PIC Capital at Pension Insurance Corporation, where she leads investment strategy and origination for private assets including long term purposeful investments with the purpose to pay the pensions of current and future policyholders.

Hayley has held senior roles at Legal & General Retirement and Barclays, specializing in infrastructure, real assets and structured finance investments.

Hayley also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at the Welsh Pension Partnership Investment Management Co.
