Finance and Infrastructure Committee
The Finance and Infrastructure Committee is a Major Committee of the University Council.
It has responsibility for ensuring the alignment of resources with the University’s Strategic Plan and monitoring progress with the University Success Measures (USMs).
It has oversight of:
- financial management
- resource allocation
- investment and banking
- estates and infrastructure management
It reviews the budget, financial statements and proposals for major infrastructure projects and initiatives.
