Service Design

This 1-day course will provide you with an understanding of the core concepts of Service Design. You will learn tools which help you to better understand your customers so that you can reorientate your services to better deliver what your customers want and need.

Introduction to Geographical Information Systems (GIS) for Earth and Environmental Scientists

This online course aims to equip earth and environmental scientists with skills to use Geographical Information Systems to make maps and to visualise and analyse a variety of spatial data.

An introduction to Hair and Nails Dermoscopy

Hair and Nail Dermoscopy, also known as “Trichoscopy” and “Onychoscopy” respectively, is a newly evolving field in dermoscopy that has helped to diagnose pigmented and non-pigmented lesions of the nails and numerous conditions of the hair and scalp.

Police Station Representative Accreditation Scheme

The PSRAS deals with the accreditation of representatives who advise suspects at the police station. Most firms of solicitors who undertake criminal legal aid work use accredited representatives to advise and assist clients. We also offer a range of training courses to help you complete your accreditation
