Peter van Heusden is a Co-Investigator on the project. He leads the work focused on Mycobacterium tuberculosis pathogen bioinformatics. Peter's team will be developing verified and trustworthy analysis pipelines for our advISO resources. These aim to support strengthened genomics capacity in LMICs.
Peter also brings extensive experience in delivering training on the systems and processes required for effective bioinformatics workflows, providing valuable support to the project’s training and capacity‑building activities.
