Buhle Ntozini is a Bioinformatics Developer at the South African National Bioinformatics Institute (SANBI).
Buhle develops and applies bioinformatics tools to analyse Mycobacterium tuberculosis genomes, supporting the surveillance of drug resistance and transmission.
Her work focuses on building reproducible and scalable tools. These can be integrated into public health systems while also contributing to strengthening bioinformatics capacity across Africa.
Buhle is passionate about collaboration and capacity building. She is committed to translating genomic data into actionable insights for infectious disease control.
