Prospective students

If you’re a prospective undergraduate student, find out who to contact on our undergraduate contact page.

New students

If you’re a new student and have enrolled online, you can get help and support by using our Student Connect portal, or by emailing studentconnect@cardiff.ac.uk.

You can ask any question about anything relating to your university life, whether it’s about studying or your wellbeing.

Centre for Student Life

Our Centre for Student Life is our one-stop shop for all your student needs. Our Student Life team provides a number of support services, from health and wellbeing advice, to help with managing money, to information about careers and employment.

Student mentors

If you've got questions about your course, navigating the campus or want to meet new people from your course, then your student mentor is on hand to help. Whether you want to know about learning and teaching, support services or how to get the most out of your time with us, keep an eye on your university emails and connect with your mentor.
