Christopher Williams was born in Aberdare, South Wales, and studied music at Cardiff University, where he now teaches piano.
A staff pianist at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, he also plays orchestral piano and celeste with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, with which he has toured the east coast of America. As an accompanist and soloist, Christopher is in constant demand, performing across Europe including the Philharmonie in Luxembourg, the Conservatoire de Musique in Avignon, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, the Royal Albert Hall and Wigmore Hall.
Recordings including programmes for BBC Television and Radio and most recently for Chandos with the Solistes Européen, Luxembourg.
