Potions

Potions is one of our primary school outreach activities, and provides pupils with an opportunity to conduct their own chemistry investigation and learn about acids and alkalis through an experiment.

Over 1,500 pupils across Wales and England have taken part in Potions.

Potions is delivered by academic staff, postgraduate and undergraduate students. Our workshops end with a question and answer session allowing pupils the chance to find out about the exciting variety of careers in which scientists can be found.

We are delighted to be working with First Campus and the Welsh Government to deliver workshops across the country.
