Types of degree

As an undergraduate there are two types of degree options available to you.

Bachelor's degrees

A bachelor's degree is an undergraduate academic degree awarded after completing a programme of study that typically lasts three to four years. It is usually the first level of higher education following secondary school or college.

Integrated master's degrees

An integrated master's programme in the UK is a four or five-year undergraduate degree that combines bachelor's and master's level study into a single, continuous programme. It is designed for students who want to go deeper into their subject from the start and who are likely to pursue a career requiring advanced knowledge or research skills.
