We have helped develop a vibrant creative cluster in Wales, combining research, collaboration and innovation to create a sustainable and equitable creative economy, providing a model for the UK.

This mission is highly interdisciplinary and deeply rooted in co-creation with diverse organisations, stakeholders and communities across a unique and distinctive ecosystem.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for candidates who bring fresh, imaginative approaches to creative practice, design, media, and cultural production.

You will have a proven track record of interdisciplinary collaboration, digital creativity, and a clear vision for contributing to the growth and global reach of the creative economy in Wales and beyond.

You will be able to work in partnership to create large-scale impact with businesses and organisations, and to inform creative industries policy across the UK.

Media Cymru

Media Cymru is a collaboration to accelerate growth in the Cardiff Capital Region's media sector.

Creative Cardiff

Established in 2014, the Centre’s initial focus was on network building, launching the Creative Cardiff network in 2015 to engage with industry and encourage cross-sector collaboration and innovation.
