Vitiligo-Specific Quality-of-Life Instrument (VitiQoL)

VitiQoL is a quality of life questionnaire developed by Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, Illinois, USA. 

By agreement with Cardiff University, some questions from the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) are included in VitiQol.

VitiQoL is a 16-item instrument where participants rate their vitiligo, over the last month, using a 7-point scale.
