Postgraduate Certificate in Education for Health Professionals

The School is pleased to announce the development and validation of a Postgraduate Certificate in Education for Health Professionals. It consists of two 30 credit Masters level modules:
Facilitating Learning and Teaching focuses on evidence based approaches to facilitating learning, teaching, inter professional learning and quality assurance in higher education and clinical practice; Assessment and Evaluation focuses on assessment, evaluation, change management and academic leadership.
Additionally, for nurses and midwives wishing to record this qualification with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) each module will provide 180 hours of associated practise which, when combined, will give the 360 hours of associated practise required by the NMC.
