Key Learning Opportunities: 

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of acute medical patients in both a high care area and ward area.
  • Opportunities to visit complementary areas such as cardiac rehabilitation, cardiac angiography, apheresis dependant upon student outcomes and point in the programme

Preparation for Practice:

Could take a final module student for management outcomes.
