Hireath provides 12 day care places for the older adult (EMI) in the Monmouthshire area. The placement offers a range of services and the staff team work in collaboration with a range of professionals from the multidisciplinary team including community psychiatric nurses, social workers, psychologists, dietititians and occupational therapists
