Hossein Jahanshahloo Joined the Accounting & Finance Section in January 2019 from Leeds University Business School. He received his PhD in Finance from Leeds University Business School and obtained his MSc in Finance and Investment and his BSc in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to conducting his MSc, Hossein worked in financial industry in the capacity of System Designer, IT consultant and manager for almost 5 years. His research expertise lies in Market Microstructure with the focus on Algorithmic and High Frequency Trading, Price Discovery, and Price Manipulation.
