At the end of each academic year, Cardiff University celebrates the hard work of students and staff by holding the annual Enriching Student Life Awards.

We were incredibly proud to learn that two of our students and two of our staff members have been recognised in this year’s shortlist for the awards which will be held in the Student’s Union on 28 April.

Translation lecturer Dorota Goluch is shortlisted in the ‘Student Rep Coordinator of the Year’ category while Dr Nick Parsons, Deputy Head of School has been shortlisted in the ‘Personal Tutor of the Year’ category. In addition, two MLANG students, Georgia Smith and Ieuan Bancroft will be vying for the title of ‘Student Academic Rep of the Year (Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences)’.

We wish all our students and staff members the very best of luck in the awards and congratulate them on their nominations which recognise their hard work which is appreciated by their peers.

The full shortlist for this year’s Enriching Student Life Awards is available on the Student Union’s website.
