The nature of this field course may vary from year to year, but provides a broad introduction to organisms and ecology in urban, river or woodland habitats, both in the field and the laboratory. The course is based in Cardiff and involves day trips to various locations in the city, or, for example, to the Brecon Beacons National Park.
You will be able to undertake a wide range of projects encompassing the ecology and behaviour of a wide range of taxa.
This field course is at no cost to students; however, you are expected to reside within or near the Cardiff area and pay for accommodation and meals for the duration of the course.
