Location and facilities

We’re based in the John Percival Building on the Cathays Park campus.

We have a range of first-class facilities designed to meet the different needs of our subject-areas – from IT suites and libraries to programme-specific spaces like our concert hall, electro-acoustic music studios, industry-standard recording studio, archaeology and conservation labs and bespoke photo and illustration studios.

We’re within easy walking distance of the Centre for Student Life, where you’ll find student support services and the Students’ Union. And we’re a short walk from Cardiff’s vibrant city centre, the National Museum of Wales and the beautiful green space of Bute Park and Cardiff Castle.
