- Introduce musculoskeletal clinicians to the advanced skills of injection therapy, including an update on relevant literature
- Review functional and surface anatomy related to needle placement
- Instruction in the principles of pharmacology of relevant drugs
- Indications and contraindications of injection therapy
- Practical training in the use of injections for common peripheral lesions
- Instruction in the legal and ethical considerations of injection therapy
