My main area of research interest revolves around musculoskeletal rehabilitation, in particularly sports rehabilitation. This encompasses many avenues of interest including exercise, strength training stretching and functional rehabilitation. My MSc dissertation was on functional outcome measures in ACL reconstructed individuals.
My teaching on the undergraduate and postgraduate Physiotherapy programmes reflects the research interests such as exercise physiology, stretching, strengthening, functional rehabilitation and proprioception.
