Dr Carly Reagon
I studied for a first degree in theology at Lampeter University which I completed in 1998. Subsequently I undertook a degree in occupational therapy at the Essex School of Occupational Therapy in Colchester, graduating in 2000. After working as a clinician in orthopaedic rehabilitation, I commenced my PhD at Cardiff University and investigated the concept of evidence-based practice in an occupational therapy setting.
After working as a Research Officer in the School of Medicine, I took up my current position as lecturer in the School of Healthcare Studies in March 2008. I teach on BSc, PgDip and MSc level courses and undertake a range of research activities including supervision of postgraduate research students.
