Banquet at Cardiff Castle - 3rd July 2007

The conference banquet will be held at Cardiff Castle, one of Wales's leading tourist attractions, on 3rd July 2007. Contained within its mighty walls is a history spanning nearly 2,000 years, dating from the coming of the Romans in the first century AD.

Enjoy a glass of mead when you arrive, then take your seats in the 15th Century Undercroft for a four course feast of hearty local dishes. Traditionally costumed characters perform popular Welsh songs and invite you to join in the fun.
