The rain at Danau Girang Field Centre did not stop students and staff from the Anthropological Institute and Museum of the University of Zurich from having a great time! During their stay at DGFC (from 18 to 26 January 2010) they encountered many orangutans and other wildlife such as leopard cat, common palm civet, Malay badger, mouse deer, monitor lizard and mangrove snake.
