Developing a Welsh low carbon housing initiative

This project aims to support the exploitation and exchange of knowledge between two main groups involved in the delivery of low/zero carbon housing: (1) those with expertise in the design and assessment of low/zero carbon buildings, the standards of construction that must be achieved to meet these challenges; and (2) those with detailed understanding of how the Welsh construction industry works economically and commercially, and with practical knowledge of construction.
