Wales China Schools Project

Chinese tutor, Chen Hailong, teaches children about Chinese music.

The Wales China Schools project seeks to deliver a portfolio of outreach activities which include Chinese taster sessions, China Days, China Weeks and language sessions.

These are both in curriculum and outside curriculum hours, accredited and non-accredited.

Our programme also consists of a number of continuing professional development opportunities for teachers in Wales.

In order to maintain and enhance the high standard of all activities, the project also provides regular training for all its Chinese Mandarin tutors in Wales, as well as supporting primary and secondary school teachers across Wales with opportunities for networking and professional development.
