An interactive online presentation, produced by medical student Hannah Ali, giving an overview of sexual health.

The presentation focuses on the following learning objectives:

  • to understand the menstrual cycle and how the endocrine system regulates it
  • to appreciate the changes noticed both physically and psychologically during a menstrual cycle
  • to review types of sexually transmitted infections and their affects
  • to explore types of contraception and the benefits/drawbacks.

There is also an overview document and teacher guidance notes available.
