This module completes the Intermediate stage and aligns with HSK 3 (2026 standard).
Using New HSK Course 3 (HSK 3.0), covering Lessons 13–18, the module focuses on more advanced sentence structures and extended communication.
On successful completion of the module a student will be able to:
- communicate effectively in a wide range of everyday situations;
- use advanced structures such as “把” sentences, passive sentences, and conditional sentences;
- express opinions and reasoning more clearly;
- demonstrate knowledge of approximately 1000 words, meeting the requirements of HSK 3 (2026 standard).
Learning and teaching
This course is for learners who have completed Chinese Intermediate II or equivalent study at upper HSK 3 level.
How the module will be delivered
The module will be delivered through discussion, role-play, communicative tasks, guided reading, and extended speaking practice.
