This module continues from Improvers I and completes the HSK 2 level.
Using New HSK Course 2 (HSK 3.0), covering Lessons 9–15, students will further develop their communication skills through extended conversations, comparisons, preferences, and future plans.
On successful completion of the module a student will be able to:
- discuss study, preferences, and daily routines;
- use comparative sentences, aspect particles, and complements appropriately;
- understand and participate in extended conversations;
- demonstrate knowledge of approximately 500 words, meeting the requirements of HSK 2 (2026 standard).
Learning and teaching
This course is for students who have completed Chinese Improvers I or equivalent study at HSK 2 level.
The module will be taught through dialogues, role-play, task-based learning, and guided grammar activities supported by textbook materials.
