This module completes the Advanced stage.
The module uses HSK Standard Course 4B, covering Lessons 16–20 of HSK 4 Volume 2 (to be replaced by New HSK Course 4 (HSK 3.0) upon publication).
On successful completion of the module a student will be able to:
- communicate confidently in a wide range of situations;
- understand extended spoken and written texts;
- express opinions clearly and effectively;
- use Mandarin Chinese more independently and accurately.
Learning and teaching
This course is for learners who have completed Chinese Advanced I or equivalent study.
Teaching emphasises fluency, accuracy, discussion, presentation, and extended communicative practice.
