Vocational programmes
We're the only Russell Group university in the UK to offer a wide range of professional legal training courses for those who wish to become a solicitor or barrister.
Cardiff Professional Legal Studies offers the Legal Practice Course (LPC) for graduates wishing to become solicitors, and the Bar Training Course (BTC) for graduates wishing to pursue a career as a barrister.
The LPC and the BTC can be studied either as part of an LLM or as a separate postgraduate diploma.
We also offer the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), which is a law conversion course for non-law graduates.
