Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship

We want to attract researchers with outstanding potential to work with us on cutting-edge research projects that will make an original and significant contribution.

We invite expressions of interest from researchers interested in submitting a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship (MSCA IF) application with Cardiff University as the host organisation.

We will provide support and guidance to applicants that successfully go through the internal selection process.


Researchers shall be in possession of a doctoral degree or have at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience. At the time of the deadline for submission, they shall not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc) in the country of their host organisation for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the submission date.

The next call for applications closes on 14 September 2017. Expressions of Interest are required by 30 April 2017.

  1. read the Fellowship Work Programme to check your eligibility
  2. complete the fellowship Expression of Interest
  3. complete the form below, ensuring that you upload your Expression of Interest.

We will send this for review to the Academic School to confirm their support for your proposal and identify a supervisor.
