Integrated engineering allows those who have an interest in engineering but do not want to specialise straight away, to study an overview before choosing a specific subject branch later.

Integrated engineering at Cardiff University is a mixture of electrical and mechanical engineering. I decided to do this course because I didn’t know what discipline I wanted to focus on in my degree. Later in this course, you get to select the majority of your modules so you can tailor your discipline to whatever you feel your strength is.
