We require all applicants for Dental Surgery (A200) to have passed the University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT) before the application deadline of 15 October. In exceptional cases, a candidate may be exempt from the test on geographic grounds if they live and are educated in a country where we do not offer the test. Work experience for Dental Surgery

We are not currently taking on any work experience requests at the moment, please keep a check on this webpage for updates.

One day work experience placements are held weekly on Thursdays and Fridays during term time. You must be 16 or older to take part.

You will be allocated to one clinic in the morning and another in the afternoon. We have three Dental Education Clinics and four specialised clinics:

• Oral Surgery
• Exam and Emergency Clinic
• Child Dental Health Clinic
• Orthodontic Clinic.
