‘Families, Households and Health Improvement: Exploring Roles and Responsibilities’

Introduction

The research will focus on how families negotiate roles and responsibilities for health through their interaction with each other and wider social structures.

Aims of Project

Families and households will be investigated through in-depth case study research. Individual and group interviews will be conducted with household members and activity diaries will be used to record relevant aspects of everyday life, relationships and behaviour.
