Undergraduate Module Handbooks
These module catalogues outline the module requirements for years one, two and three of the undergraduate degree programmes offered by the Cardiff School of Social Sciences (SOCSI). They also contain brief descriptions of all the modules that we expect to be able to offer in the academic year 2009-10.
The catalogues are intended as guides for students and their personal tutors, and helps to ensure that informed module choices are made at pre-enrolment and enrolment.
These short handbooks should be read in conjunction with other more detailed documents provided by the University: Subject Guide, your Student Diary, and the Academic Regulations Handbook for Students and Staff.
All students are advised that the modules advertised or referred to in this catalogue may be changed or withdrawn both before and after selection, due to reasons including the loss of any key member of staff or insufficient take-up of module by students.
