Any postgraduate student who wishes to attend the ceremony this year must have had all their paperwork checked and submitted by the School to Registry by Friday 30th May 2014 in time for the Awards and Progress Committee Meeting in June.  Postgraduate students will be sent an invitation once their awards have been conferred at this meeting.

All students are guaranteed a maximum of two free tickets for family and friends who wish to attend the ceremony. Students do not require a ticket for themselves.

Additional tickets can be purchased through the SIMS online system up until 10.00am BST on Wednesday 2nd July 2014.  These will be available on a first come first served basis.  For instructions on how to purchase additional tickets, click here.

All tickets can be collected on the day of the ceremony from City Hall (where you also collect your robes).

For friends and family who cannot attend the ceremony in St David’s Hall, a live webcast will be available. The BBC’s Big Screen, located outside St David’s Hall, will also be streaming all of the ceremonies live throughout the week.
