Research Interests
- The rigorous evaluation of complex interventions, and in particular the use of quasi-experimental designs, randomised trials and the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods;
- Development and formative evaluation of health promotion interventions;
- The design, management and analysis of cluster randomised trials, particularly in the pragmatic evaluation of public health interventions;
- Medical statistics and health services research methods;
- The epidemiology of health behaviours;
- Research capacity building;
- Social network analysis and peer education interventions.
