Supplying goods, works or services to the University

Cardiff University, as a Public Sector organisation, follows public procurement policy when contracting for goods, works and services.

The University’s Procurement Services team aims to meet the needs of our Students, Academics and Professional Services staff for goods, services and capital projects with an outstanding procurement service that offers value for money and innovation through responsible and sustainable solutions.

Suppliers are reminded that in advance of any goods being delivered or works and services commencing they should be in receipt of a valid Cardiff University Purchase order, unless via Purchase Card payment. Failure to do so may result in delays to payments being made.
