Summer short stays
Self-catered rooms are available for minimum 7 nights stay (registered Cardiff University students only)
If you are currently living in University accommodation and want to stay after your contract ends on 25 June 2025:
- rooms are available from 25 June 2025 up to 10 September 2025 for £21.50 per night at Talybont South (minimum 7 nights stay)
- all rooms are en-suite single occupancy with shared kitchen
- apply online via SIMS portal before 11 June 2025
For all other Cardiff University student summer stays:
- rooms are available from 02 July 2025 up to 10 September 2025 (minimum 7 nights stay)
- stays for 7 to 28 nights at Cartwright Court for £33 per night
- stays of 29 nights or more at Cartwright Court are at a discounted rate of £27.50 per night
- all rooms are single occupancy with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities
- bookings must be received at least 2 working days in advance
