Summer short stays
Self-catered rooms are available for minimum 7 nights stay (registered Cardiff University students only)
If you are currently living in University accommodation and want to stay after your contract ends on 24 June 2026:
- rooms are available from 24 June 2026 up to 9 September 2026 for £22.92 per night at Talybont South (minimum 7 nights stay)
- all rooms are en-suite single occupancy with shared kitchen
- apply online via SIMS portal before 10 June 2026
For all other Cardiff University student summer stays:
- rooms are available from 01 July 2026 up to 9 September 2026 (minimum 7 nights stay)
- stays for 7 to 28 nights at Senghennydd Court for £30 per night
- stays of 29 nights or more at Senghennydd Court are at a discounted rate of £25 per night
- all rooms are single occupancy with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities
- bookings must be received at least 2 working days in advance
