Analytical Modelling and Machine Learning for Sustainable Construction in the Built Environment
This project aims to give architects and engineers innovative computational tools to create a more sustainable built environment.
It leverages the analytical and machine-learning capabilities of our free and open-source modelling software library, Topologic. This software supports rapid design exploration and produces analytical models that are more efficient and more compatible with analysis software than current industry standards.
The project aims to expand current work with international industrial partners to accelerate the adoption and impact of Topologic by enhancing its functionality, creating more comprehensive documentation, conducting workshops, and creating an independent public benefit foundation for safeguarding its long-term sustainability.
