We work closely with academics across the University to design bespoke programmes in leadership. Examples include our extensive University Management programme, which we created in partnership with the China Scholarship Council.

Programmes are designed to provide organisations with the latest thinking related to leadership, change and management, and provide insights from senior Cardiff University administrators and academics who share their approach to leadership.

China Scholarship Council University Management and Innovation Programme

Delivered by Cardiff Business School and the CPD Unit, this three year collaboration between the University and China Scholarship Council resulted in a bespoke, comprehensive 13 week programme for a delegation of mid to senior level staff from Chinese universities.

Leadership Development Programme Kuwait University

We created a 5-day customised leadership programme for a delegation of mid to senior staff from Kuwait University, which has run annually since 2017.
