5 day customised leadership programme for a delegation of mid to senior staff from Kuwait University.
A five day customised leadership programme for 12 management and supervisor level staff from Kuwait University.
The programme ran from Monday 16 October to Friday 20 October 2017.
Key themes were process management and administrative workflow automation – shifting from paperwork to automated system, and the changes that progress workflow, human resources and facilitate administrative procedures.

The response to the programme was positive, with participants highlighting their enjoyment of quality and time management sessions delivered by Dr Maneesh Kumar, and their visit to the Cardiff University IT department.
Participants also appreciated the variety of contributors to the programme.
