Using RAG to create personalised training courses​.

Quinns Training Services provides high quality, engaging and accredited training to individuals, professionals and at organisational levels. Many of their courses are personalised to the needs of the employer.​

Hartree Centre Cardiff Hub experts developed a prototype tool using large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to aid in the creation of personalised training courses, based on previous training material from the company.

The prototype developed by Hartree Centre Cardiff Hub will dramatically reduce the time spent creating high-quality teaching resources. It will also allow us to ensure greater accuracy and reliability in AI-generated educational content — enhancing both efficiency and trust in our training materials.

This company received support at an in-person or hybrid briefing and networking event and a 1-3 month collaboration focused on developing and testing a specific idea.
