Hartree Centre Cardiff Hub experts developed a hybrid deep learning model for predicting milestones in the home buying process using emails between participants, outperforming a zero-shot LLM-based system and traditional machine learning. They advised on the trade-offs between the approaches and made recommendations for future integration.
