Trosolwyg
Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil eang yn ymwneud â ffactorau sy'n ymwneud â thrawsnewidiadau i ffyrdd o fyw cynaliadwy, deietau cynaliadwy, yn ogystal â dulliau ymchwil ymgynghorol.
Mae fy mhrosiect ymchwil presennol yn canolbwyntio ar weledigaethau trawsddiwylliannol dyfodol carbon isel ym Mrasil, Tsieina a Sweden. O fewn y Ganolfan Newid Hinsawdd a Thrawsnewid Cymdeithasol (CAST), thema 1, rydym yn cyd-ddatblygu gweledigaethau carbon isel yn y pedwar maes diddordeb defnydd materol, diet, symudedd a chysur thermol yn y tri chyd-destun diwylliannol.

Bywgraffiad
Ymunais â Phrifysgol Caerdydd fel Cydymaith Ymchwil ar ôl cwblhau fy PhD ym Mhrifysgol Sheffield lle ymchwiliais i effeithiau ymyrraeth lleihau cig mewn gweithle ar ymddygiadau pro-amgylcheddol gweithwyr gartref. Gan ddefnyddio dulliau cymysg, roedd fy ymchwil flaenorol yn canolbwyntio ar hyrwyddo ffyrdd cynaliadwy o fyw a newid ymddygiad, gyda ffocws penodol ar ddeietau a hunaniaeth gynaliadwy.
Cyn fy PhD, cwblheais MSc mewn seicoleg amgylcheddol yn Magdeburg Prifysgol Otto-von-Guericke, yr Almaen, yn 2015. Yn ystod fy astudiaethau ôl-raddedig, gweithiais fel cynorthwyydd ymchwil gyda ffocws ar seicoleg amgylcheddol a newid ymddygiad ym Mhrifysgol Otto-von-Guericke-Magdeburg, y Sefydliad Astudiaethau Cynaliadwyedd Uwch (IASS) yn Potsdam, ac ymgynghoriaeth ymchwil yn Berlin.
Cwblheais fy ngradd israddedig mewn seicoleg ym Mhrifysgol Hamburg, yr Almaen, yn 2011. Wrth gwblhau fy astudiaethau, gweithiais fel cynorthwyydd myfyrwyr mewn seicoleg cyfryngau, rheoli cyfryngau, ac ymchwil i'r farchnad ym Mhrifysgol Hamburg, Ysgol Cyfryngau Hamburg ac yn y sector preifat.
Roeddwn hefyd yn aelod o fwrdd y Fenter Seicoleg mewn Diogelu'r Amgylchedd (IPU) yn yr Almaen, yn Gyd-sylfaenydd Cymdeithas Seicoleg Amgylcheddol Prydain, ac yn gychwynnwr i'r swyddfa Cynaliadwyedd yn Magdeburg Prifysgol Otto-von-Guericke.
